Role : Functional mobile TesterLocation: Denver, CO (Hybrid)We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Functional mobile Tester to join our team. As a Functional mobile Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our mobile devices like iOS, Android).Primarily test mgmt., release mgmt., Agile, Testing methodologies, Api testing, Functional/ Regression testing. From the application side the more knowledge the better.Person might have to support any of the scrum teams or any urgent threads by taking handover from offshore.Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for mobile functional to validate functionality and adherence to specifications.2. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify and document defects.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.4. Utilize testing tools and methodologies to streamline the testing process and enhance efficiency.5. Investigate and analyze payment-related issues, providing detailed and actionable feedback to the development team.6. Stay current with industry trends and payment processing technologies to contribute valuable insights to the team.7. Collaborate with automation engineers to implement and maintain automated test scripts for payment applications.8. Communicate effectively with team members, reporting on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of payment systems.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Functional Tester, preferably in payment systems.3. Solid understanding of payment processing, financial systems, and related regulations.4. Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.6. Knowledge of testing tools and methodologies, including test automation.7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.8. Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.10. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
