As the Insurance Nesting Manager, you will lead a team responsible for supporting recently onboarded Insurance Agents and Customer Service Representatives following their new hire training. Your responsibilities include analyzing needs, designing, developing, and monitoring the nesting program. Working closely with the Insurance Training Team and Insurance Leadership, this role plays a key role in determining the readiness of newly hired team members to transition from nesting to working independently with new and existing insureds. Additionally, you'll support onboarding, mentoring, and the professional growth of Nesting Coaches.

What you will do:

Responsible for the design, development and evaluation of the nesting program including establishment of the handoff practices from formal training to nesting, cadence and substance of nesting observations, creation of proficiency assessments, and establishment of handoff practices from nesting to the productive.

Lead a team of Nesting Coaches, providing guidance, setting performance expectations, and ensuring consistent coaching practices. Foster a positive team culture by offering ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Regularly assess individual coach performance, address any challenges, and celebrate achievements.

Establish a feedback loop with Nesting Coaches to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Ensure consistent practices across the team, including call monitoring, feedback delivery, and coaching techniques.

Continuously monitor new hire performance during the nesting period. Use performance metrics to tailor coaching strategies. Provide targeted coaching based on individuals' strengths and areas for improvement.

Keep leadership informed of agent readiness for transition to active roles. Address any escalated issues promptly and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.

Be flexible in adapting to evolving business needs and priorities. Tackle challenges creatively, seeking innovative solutions.

Minimum Requirements:Education:Bachelor's Degree required or 6-8 Years of Additional Relevant Experience required; Master's Degree preferred.

Experience:7+ years in the Insurance Industry, or relevant experience required; 3+ years Demonstrated leadership and management experience that includes training and development responsibilities required.

Licenses and Certifications:Property and Casualty license required.
