This position will be located in Redondo Beach, California.Responsibilities and duties include:Manage a program or function within the larger organizational unit, setting & operating to objectives & providing guidance to subordinates based on goals, objectives & company policy.Plan, manage risk, and project performance addressing cost, schedule, and technical quality for related Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements on a large system.Have full responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a large technical services-type contract.Provide guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy.Ensure work meets the organization's objectives and schedules.Possess advanced knowledge in a specialized field or general understanding of several diverse disciplines.Conduct analysis of alternative courses of action for decision making.Be responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational group.Act as an advisor to lower-level managers and exempt employees.Help meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.Establish operating procedures that affect organizational unit(s).Interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to organizational policies.Develop and administer budgets and standards of performance.Modify the organizational structure of centralized functions and units, subject to approval.Act as a liaison with equivalent level managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, or contractual clarifications.Conduct briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.As a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:Medical, Dental & Vision coverage401kEducational AssistanceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance Programs & Work/Life SolutionsPaid Time OffHealth & Wellness ResourcesEmployee DiscountsThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of related experience; OR a Master's degree with 7+ years of related experience; OR 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.Previous experience managing maintenance trades and/or vendor contracts.Leadership experience working in collaboration across multiple organizations, contracts, and/or customer relationships.Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years, OR be able to maintain an active U.S. Government SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in all areas of Facilities Maintenance operations.Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.Ability to develop and present material outside the immediate work function.Proven positive impact on employee engagement activities across program and functional organizations.Proven financial, schedule, subcontract management, technical performance, and execution experience.Experience supporting multiple different review teams.Familiarity with a variety of aerospace and/or similar industry production equipment and manufacturing facilities infrastructure.Experience with CAD/3D design and/or ability to read and interpret blueprints.An active

U.S. Government security clearance at the Top-Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years, OR an active U.S. Government SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years.Salary Range:

$135,800 - $203,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
