Our products, services, and solutions help bring innovative therapies to market and support the patients who depend on them.This position is responsible and accountable for leading the day-to-day business, administrative, and financial functions of the EVERSANA Supply Chain Solutions department. This includes oversight of people and processes within the department, including all transportation management functions such as bookings, tenders, carrier selection, carrier management, international shipping (export/import), freight claims process, and freight invoice management. The position requires effective investigative and problem-solving skills, a high degree of accuracy, and effective interpersonal relationship skills, both internal and external.Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day supply chain department operations.Develop a team to design and implement process improvement programs.Execute operational initiatives that increase revenue and/or improve margins.Oversee the freight audit relationship with contracted carriers.Conduct freight/shipment analysis and manage financial implications at both client and carrier levels.Manage employee performance and departmental work processes.Identify supply chain challenges and implement improvements.Conduct analysis and implement relevant business continuity and risk management programs.Manage and lead a dedicated team of logistics professionals.Develop and maintain supply chain SOPs.Ensure compliance with regulations applicable to EVERSANA’s business model.Adhere to ethical standards and compliance with laws and regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.People Leader Responsibilities

Execute the goals established by the business and the supply chain services leader.Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.Improve the quality of the department's work product.Assess and determine appropriate personnel and structure for day-to-day functions.Interview, select, and supervise department staff.Expectations of the Job

Accountable for timely and accurate processing of carrier and client billing.Monitor service levels for accuracy, identifying gaps and executing solutions.Assist in maintaining team SOPs and ensure adequate training.Enhance the network of domestic and global transportation providers.Develop KPIs for carrier and service provider performance.Ensure compliance with Customs, FDA, DSCSA, DOT, IATA, ICAO, and DEA regulations.Investigate discrepancies in supply chain deliverables.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Expert knowledge of transportation modes including parcel, courier, LTL, FTL, air freight, and import-export.Advanced knowledge of transportation billing and audit processes.Current knowledge of Global Cold Chain solutions.Superior technology skills using WMS, TMS, MS Suite, and Power BI.Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain; pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus.Advanced leadership and people management skills.Extensive experience implementing business process improvements.Preferred Qualifications
