with a background in the Financial sector and experience in large greenfield implementations of ServiceNow. In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.About the teamWe are building a world-class IT Service Management (ITSM) team from the ground up, using the ServiceNow platform to empower colleagues to deliver exceptional market-leading services to our internal and external clients.This is your opportunity to join the rapidly growing ServiceNow platform team with a focus on driving Worldpay forwards in the way it makes knowledge-based decisions, built on solid data-driven evidence to improve our colleague and client experience, drive efficiency and cost savings, and improve the way we deliver service.What you'll ownRequirement Elicitation and Backlog Management:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Co-manage and prioritize the backlog, breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories.

Solution Design and Process Improvement:

Work with the System Architect to design innovative solutions that address business challenges and align with strategic goals. Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Documentation and Testing:

Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Participate in system and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.

Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and customization options.

Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and managing backlogs by breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories.

Experience in designing innovative solutions with system architects, optimizing processes, and aligning improvements with strategic goals.

Excellent communication skills for updating stakeholders, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Extensive experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, and participating in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
