About Role

iQuanti is seeking a highly experienced and creative Director of Social Media Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence for iQuanti's enterprise clients. The individual is expected to build the strategy and roadmap for iQuanti’s client across social media channels and collaborate with delivery teams supporting the teams on campaign execution and on-going optimization, offering insight generation and strategic direction.

This role will require strong analytical skills in paid platforms and analytics tools with a profound knowledge of digital media, technology, and best practices. In this immensely fast-moving business area, the ideal candidate will be highly driven and entrepreneurially minded.

Responsibilities:

Help drive the quality of our paid digital offering through expertise, advice, and strategic inputs.

Guide analysts in translating strategy into tactics and execution. Oversee execution of plan and day-to-day optimization activities carried out and ensure adherence to set processes and quality standards.

Support the engagement teams who create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize social and display campaigns across the various platforms with best-practice recommendations.

Continually identify automation opportunities across campaigns while driving toward client KPIs.

Conduct campaign analysis and suggest optimizations (creative, targeting, budget, campaign objective, etc.).

Track spending across platforms, monitoring and documenting shifts in allocation from media plans and advising engagement teams where needed.

Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted.

Incorporate relevant new developments and best practices in search advertising to client campaigns – new features, beta products, analysis methodology, etc.

Recommend changes to existing processes and systems to improve overall workload efficiency and/or performance.

Support Business Development team to suitably position Paid digital solutions to prospective clients and support the development of presales presentation.

Collaborate across teams to integrate display, search, and social campaign.

Provide inputs into weekly reports and performance insights (internally) and detailed monthly and quarterly results (to clients).

Keep abreast with Digital marketing and paid channel industry trends, Meta updates, and best practices and share them with team members.

The Ideal Candidate Will...

Have 6 - 10 years of relevant work experience in developing, implementing and managing social media campaigns.

Have planned, executed and optimized full-funnel direct-response campaigns.

Excellent knowledge of Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Reddit and other social media best practices. Experience of DV360 and/or other DSPs is an added advantage.

Experience with audience planning (with doing audience and buyer persona research), writing creative briefs and budget prioritization.

Be proficient across analytics channels and opportunities to leverage analytics in driving impact.

Have performed quantitative analysis with large datasets to infer patterns in data.

Be an excellent project manager, capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.

Be a strong written and verbal communicator.

Be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, communications, MIS or statistics preferred.
