With guidance from advancement leadership, designs, implements, and manages a comprehensive stewardship strategy to sustain and advance Tuck’s philanthropic priorities.Required Qualifications - Education and Experience:Bachelors plus 6 or more years' experience or combination of education and experience.Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Experience managing recognition and stewardship of annual and leadership gifts in higher education or nonprofit organizations.Experience using fundraising management systems (e.g., Ellucian Advance) to optimize work processes.Knowledge of higher education philanthropy, alumni engagement, and fundraising principles.Able to support and strengthen a culturally diverse and inclusive learning community.Able to exceed the expectations of alumni, donors, and colleagues.Able to introduce and drive innovation.Able to collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals.Able to identify and pursue relevant learning opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Impact Reporting:

Develops annual donor recognition reports and custom impact reports for Tuck’s highest priorities. Collaborates with institutional partners and oversees report distribution.Custom Stewardship:

Develops and implements stewardship plans for top donors in collaboration with leadership giving officers.Donor Recognition and Acknowledgments:

Manages print and online donor recognition and acknowledgment in coordination with campus partners.Stewardship Strategy:

Develops a comprehensive stewardship strategy for all philanthropic giving to Tuck.Database Management:

Maintains stewardship tracking systems and enters donor recognition activities into advancement systems.Professional/Team Development:
