The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, algorithm design, large-scale backend development, and experience in machine learning, with a particular focus on Generative AI technologies. This position requires a passion for building innovative AI products and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Your Impact:Own and drive development tasks such as coding and feature verifications as part of release commitments.Proactive in highlighting issues and resolving them as quickly as possible.Daily participation in stand-ups.Participating in self-coordinating as part of the delivery team.Providing technical guidance to colleagues.Vocally advocating for technical excellence and collaborating to help the team make good decisions.Translating architecture into technical planning and execution.Key Responsibilities:Algorithm Development and Prototyping:
Develop components of the platform's Generative AI capabilities, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Agentic workflows, and other state-of-the-art generative techniques. Rapidly build prototypes to experiment with new algorithms, techniques, and open-source technologies.System Design and Performance Optimization:
Build and optimize large-scale backend systems, applying performance optimization techniques, including parallel processing, stream processing, and asynchronous I/O.Code Review and Refactoring:
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Perform code reviews and refactor code to improve modularity, performance, and maintainability.Implement Evaluation and Diagnostics tools:
Implement evaluation, logging, and tracing mechanisms to facilitate debugging, diagnostics, and performance tracking of the platform.Demo Development:
Develop demos to showcase new features and the latest product innovations to collaborators and potential customers.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong Python Programming Expertise:
Proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in algorithm design.Algorithm & Data Structures:
Strong foundation in algorithm design and data structures.Code Quality & Refactoring:
A keen sense of code quality and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and modular code.Backend System Development:
Experience building large-scale backend systems with a focus on performance and scalability.Generative AI Experience (Preferred):
