Description:
The Store Operations Finance team acts as the primary finance partner for our Retail stores worldwide.Reviews stores staffing requests to determine whether they are in line with what the company needs, evaluating requests.The team works with our field leaders and corporate partners to ensure that the stores have the payroll resources to enrich the lives of our customers and employees.Provide analysis, insight, and recommendations on existing store requisition processes, including reporting, req approval, and new store staffing.Data processing and approval of positions and requisitions within our stores based on store level demand needs.Partner with the Retail Field leadership to implement Payroll strategies that support financial and operational goals.Create and implement process improvement projects that help Company scale and grow our Retail presence.Own and manage field facing payroll policies and procedures.Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of retail finance and field leadership.Utilize Workday and Ad Hoc.
Key Qualifications:
Background in business, accounting, or finance.1-5 years of experience (Jr level).Must be comfortable with data processing.Must be comfortable using Ad hoc reporting.Bring 1+ years of professional experience.Not be your typical finance professional.Be a broad-based business professional with strong acumen across multiple disciplines.Have an eye for continuous improvement opportunities.Think both analytically and creatively.Have the ability to manage multiple priorities.Be able to effectively communicate financial themes to non-financial business partners.BS/BA in a related field.Must be proficient/Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.Must have strong communication skills.Must be highly detail-oriented.Must be able to think critically.
Education:
Educational background desired in business.Will consider candidates with a finance degree, accounting, or business.
