Grant Analyst

A highly worthwhile nonprofit based in Monterey is seeking a Grant Analyst to oversee the administration of grants post-award. The Grant Analyst will ensure compliance with grant requirements, track financial expenditures, and provide analytical support to maximize the effectiveness of our funded projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of grant management processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Requirements:Monitor grant compliance with terms and conditions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and documentation.Track and review financial expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and processing related financial documents.Maintain and update grant records, analyze data, and generate reports to support project management and decision-making.Act as a liaison between the organization and funders, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate grant implementation.Identify and implement best practices for grant administration and stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines.Qualifications:Relevant experience in grant management or a similar role within a nonprofit organization.Strong understanding of grant compliance and financial management principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
