Job Title: Automation Tester(Selenium/C#/.Net)Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid)Job Summary - L5As an automation tester using Selenium, you will be responsible for designing, developing, andexecuting automated test scripts for web applications using the Selenium framework. You will also beinvolved in debugging, troubleshooting, and reporting defects and issues. You will work closely with thedevelopment team and the business analysts to ensure the quality and functionality of the webapplications. You will also follow the best practices and standards of automation testing anddocumentation.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Visual Studio, C#,Specflow, Cucumber, Selenium, Git, AzurePerform functional, regression, and integration testing of web applications across variousbrowsers and platformsIdentify, analyze, and report test results, defects, and issues using JIRA or other defect trackingtoolsCollaborate with the development team and the business analysts to understand therequirements and specifications of the web applicationsReview and update test cases and test scenarios based on the changes in the web applicationsProvide technical guidance and support to the junior automation testersEnsure the compliance and adherence of the automation testing standards and best practicesYears of experience needed -Overall, 8- 10 years in Automation Tester using selenium for window/web-based applications.Technical Skills:Technical skills for Selenium Automation Tester:Proficient in using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and Selenium IDE for developingautomated test scriptsKnowledge of various testing frameworks as Cucumber and how to integrate them withSeleniumExperience in working with different web browsers, web elements, locators, and selectorsFamiliarity with C# programming languages that support SeleniumAbility to design, implement, and maintain reusable and modular test cases and test suitesUnderstanding of software development life cycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurancestandardsKnowledge of performance testing, load testing, and security testing tools and techniques
