Responsibilities:
Provide
technical support
for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows/macOS operating systems .
Manage
software installations, updates, and patches .
Troubleshoot
network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) .
Assist users with
email, system access, and security settings .
Configure and support
Active Directory user accounts and permissions .
Perform
hardware diagnostics and replacements (RAM, HDD, etc.) .
Support
remote users
via tools like
TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP .
Maintain
IT asset inventory and documentation .
Required Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of
Windows/macOS troubleshooting .
✔ Experience with
Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory .
✔ Understanding of
basic networking (IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN) .
✔ Ability to diagnose
hardware and software issues .
✔ Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills .
