Manages the rehabilitation department, including oversight for quality, patient satisfaction, regulatory and billing compliance, business development, and all aspects of staff development and employee engagement. May have a specific focus such as Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapy.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.The salary range for this position is $175,643 - $186,393 (Annual Rate).Department Description
St. Mary's Medical Center and associated outpatient clinics are now part of UCSF Health. This addition gives us the opportunity to offer primary and secondary care in more places and increases UCSF Health's ability to care for patients with complex medical needs. Combining community care with academic medicine makes convenient, comprehensive care easier to access for all our patients.UCSF Health St. Mary's is an accredited, not-for-profit hospital located across the street from Golden Gate Park. As a full-service facility, we're home to the nation's first digital cardiac catheterization laboratory, innovative orthopedic and spine care, state-of-the-art cancer center, and comprehensive rehabilitation programs.We are proud to remain at the forefront of quality health care in San Francisco, with the Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence from Healthgrades. We've been named a Top Performer in Key Quality Measures by the Joint Commission. Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical experience.Prefer one (1) year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting.Graduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that discipline's regulatory body.Preferred Qualifications
NALicense/Certification
Current and active Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy license.American Health Association CPR/BLS certification.About UCSF
