Manages the rehabilitation department, including oversight for quality, patient satisfaction, regulatory and billing compliance, business development, and all aspects of staff development and employee engagement. May have a specific focus such as Physical, Occupational, and/or Speech Therapy.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.The salary range for this position is $175,643 - $186,393 (Annual Rate).Department Description

St. Mary's Medical Center and associated outpatient clinics are now part of UCSF Health. Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical experience.Prefer one (1) year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting.Graduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that discipline's regulatory body.Preferred Qualifications

NALicense/Certification

Current and active Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy license.American Health Association CPR/BLS certification.About UCSF
