About the teamThe TikTok HR Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) team is a testament to TikTok's commitment to organizational excellence. The mission of our TikTok Organization Effectiveness (OE) team is to create and inspire best practices to enable organizational and talent success across TikTok. You will be a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced, and global team, with primary responsibility for organization effectiveness review and enhancement-related initiatives. We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, where every team member plays a vital role in shaping the future of TikTok's global workforce. What You'll Do:Support global projects including but not limited to organization diagnosis and review, benchmark analysis, organization design and implementation, performance management, workforce planning, competency model development, scorecard design, etc.Design and utilize organizational diagnostic and people analytics templates and tools to assess org efficiency and effectiveness.Design and deliver complex organizational transformations aimed at helping the business become more agile and efficient.Drive local and global organizational design projects of various sizes and complexity to help meet business objectives by ensuring successful implementation of organizational changes.Consult with HRBPs on organizational design related projects using standard methodologies and a consistent framework.Collaborate with the business and HRBP teams to proactively identify key organization and talent challenges and propose solutions based on solid and pragmatic methodologies.Keep up with business strategies and upcoming plans to build an in-depth understanding of how these connect with HR strategy and priorities and leverage HR best practices to deliver business improvements and efficiencies.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications4+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting, business analytics, business transformation or change management, with expertise in organizational design.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.Strong evidence of stakeholder engagement and has been deeply involved in global org transformation projects with multinational companies.Proven ability to autonomously manage and drive multiple projects concurrently, with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Preferred QualificationsExperience working in both multinational organizations and/or management consulting.Experience working in a global role, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts and business environments.Adept at working collaboratively and at a fast pace, with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders across the globe.HRBP experience is a plus.

Job Information:Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97470 - $216600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
