DescriptionJoin National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country.We are hiring a key position within our organization for a Senior Director, Sourcing and Procurement. This is a Hybrid position in office 2-3x a week.The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

Develop and negotiate value-driven supplier partnerships and programs that maximize total value.Develop and execute programs to generate EBITDA and cash through enhanced negotiation and stocking strategies.Evaluate and develop procurement strategies to maximize efficiencies and minimize cost.Negotiate supplier contracts for all aspects of the organization – assist other departments with contract negotiations.Lead high priority sourcing projects for the organization.Prioritize and lead continuous improvement process initiatives within Strategic Sourcing.Partner with stakeholders, executive leaders and department heads to understand business needs. Establish requirements, scope and criteria for procurement projects.Manage the RFP process including creating, issuing, and selection of proper proposals to support business growth and cost initiatives.Use vendor management best practices to conduct negotiation, contracting, onboarding and renewal of vendors. Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations for top vendors and supplier risk assessments.Collect, analyze and interpret procurement data including cost analysis reporting, benchmarking spend, and return on investment for capital purchases.Coordinate sourcing workshops to drive commodity strategies and consolidate spend to NDX preferred suppliers.Create a supplier strategy and process to execute within the organization.All other duties as assigned.Skills And Abilities Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field of study (Master’s degree preferred).10+ Years of related experience and/or training.Supply Chain Management Professional Certification preferred.Hazardous Materials Or Equipment Used
