Membership in The Florida Bar is required.Duties:Assist senior attorneys in preparing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Conduct legal research on various trusts and estate matters.Draft legal memoranda, correspondence, and other estate planning and administration documents.Participate in client meetings and consultations, providing legal advice and guidance on trusts and estates issues.Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm on matters involving trusts and estates.Requirements:3-6 years of trusts and estates experience.Experience in complex estate planning, asset protection, trust and estate settlement, and taxation.International estate planning experience is a plus.LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation.Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Membership in The Florida Bar.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations related to trusts and estates.
