Senior Recruiter

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to help us hire top talent. As a Senior Recruiter at IXL, you will source and work closely with individual candidates with a focus on supporting our marketing and G&A teams. You will work side by side with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers within IXL to ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission.The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented with strong candidate sourcing, candidate management, hiring manager partnership and closing skills.This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and help to strategize best recruiting effortsManage full-cycle recruiting for critical reqs to include developing recruiting strategies, actively sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, candidate management throughout the hiring process and presenting/negotiating offersFoster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and build the best network of candidates for our teamsBecome an expert on IXL Learning so that you can inform candidates about our products, positions, and company cultureDevelop closing strategies for candidates, ensuring that they have the information they need to make the best decisionMaintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcomeWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on non-technical teams or a generalist backgroundPractical experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of strategies and platformsStrong eye for talent and an excellent ability to connect candidates with the right opportunitiesHighly self-motivated and driven to get things doneAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholders, team members, and candidatesExperience with Greenhouse or other ATSPassionate about education and technologyOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $130,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
