IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Recruiter to help us hire top talent. As a Senior Recruiter at IXL, you will source and work closely with individual candidates across product teams. You will work side by side with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and peers within IXL to ensure that we hire the best individuals to work toward our mission.
Our ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented with strong candidate sourcing, candidate management, hiring manager partnership and closing skills.
This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Partner with hiring managers and leaders across product teams to develop a deep understanding of hiring needs and help to strategize best recruiting effortsManage full-cycle recruiting for critical reqs to include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, candidate management throughout the hiring process and presenting/negotiating offersBecome an expert on IXL Learning so that you can inform candidates about our products, positions, and company cultureFoster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and build the best pipeline of candidates for our teamsMaintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcomeDevelop closing strategies for candidates, ensuring that they have the information they need to make the best decisionWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBA/BS degree7+ years of full cycle recruiting experienceFull cycle recruiting for product positions is preferredFocused experience in sourcing quality candidates using a variety of strategies and platformsStrong eye for talent and an excellent ability to connect candidates with the right opportunitiesA true interest in understanding technology and a passion for educationA sense of ownership and accountabilityExcellent communication skills and ability to cultivate great relationships with stakeholdersInnovative, highly organized, detail oriented, able to work quickly and accurately, and able to change tasks and focus easilyExperience with Google Suite and Greenhouse or other ATSOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $130,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
