As a Product Manager 1 on Nordstrom’s Product Management Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through data-driven insights and delivering key features, functionality, and programs. You will collaborate across the organization to drive innovative solutions that solve real problems, anticipate customer needs, and exceed their expectations, thereby driving brand loyalty and improving financial performance.As a member of the Loyalty Product Management team, you will help drive forward our customer experience through improving Nordy Club operations and the platform that supports our program. You will wear many hats, jumping from conversations about user experience to operations efficiency to data insights in a single morning. You will work closely with your Engineering squad to drive development, as well as with your product peers given the intersection of loyalty across our business. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.Washington: $88,500 - $162,500 AnnuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
