Coal Creek Post Acute and Assisted Living is hiring an Admissions and Marketing Director!

What to Expect:
Develop and maintain business relationships with Discharge Planners, Case Managers, and Physicians to generate placement referrals.
Provide tours to prospective patients, family members or responsible parties.
Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services.
Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure growth and expansion of company services and improvement of facilities census.
Screen patients by comparing patients’ condition to admission criteria.
Admit patients by completing admission and financial responsibility forms.

Successful Candidate:
Experience of 2+ years in roles such as Marketing Director, Admissions, Hospital Liaison, CM, etc. in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Must possess, as a minimum, A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent. (Five (5) years experience in marketing/public relations in a health care setting may be recognized in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.)
