ADI has an upcoming project to implement a new S2P solution, migrate to SAP S/4 Hanna as our ERP and upgrade our raw materials warehouse management system. Individual will ensure that all programs and projects align with the organization’s strategic goals and are delivered on time and within scope and budget. This role also includes overseeing the team responsible for the organization’s procurement policies, procedures and ESG goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role with a focus on interdepartmental collaboration and streamlining communication within the organization as well as with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the PMO’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Process Improvement: Establish and continuously improve processes, standards, and methodologies.Project Oversight: Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver expected outcomes.Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.ESG: Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance to ESG standards and drive reduction to Scope 3 Emissions.Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects and programs.Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with program and project delivery. Ensure compliance as it relates to suppliers.Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project/program management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in project management software and tools.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
