Position Title:
Global Sr. Manager, Continuous ImprovementSummaryThe mission of the Sr. Manager, Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) role is to coach, teach, and facilitate continuous improvement activities across seven (7) manufacturing sites within the Chain, Belt Drives, and Components division. This role is a global functional leader within the division. This position is a subject matter expert on the RBS processes and partners with our people leaders to integrate RBS methodology into our culture. The manufacturing sites are located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, and Belgium.Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% global and domestic travelKey OutcomesDeliver cost savings across the divisionIncrease the number of Kaizen and other improvement activities by 10x annually within the first two years
Increase total Variable Cost Productivity (VCP) / Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) savings by 2x year-over-year across the division by the end of year two
Develop the Lean roadmap for our divisionPartner with local leadership to complete Policy Deployment / X-Matrix / Hoshin Kanri development at each manufacturing site by the end of year two
Train, coach, and mentor staff on RBS processes and methodologyPartner with local leadership to create development plans for all local RBS leaders by the end of year 1
Train 10 Lean Tool Champions within the first two years

Minimum RequirementsAbility to travel---including international travel---up to 50% of the time. Frequency of required travel may increase or decrease based on active Continuous Improvement initiatives.
7+ years of experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives in Industrial Manufacturing required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Significant experience leading project teams through continuous improvement culture transformation required
Understanding of ERP systems in a large organizational environment
Preferred RequirementsMulti-site leadership experience preferred
Experience directly supervising teams in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Six Sigma certification preferred
Salary range:
$ 130,000-$165,000Compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage
