We always go the extra distance.Responsibilities:Assist the current DR with New State Licensing & Renewals Project ManagementAssist the current DR with State and Federal Reporting (Pharmaceuticals)Ensure all SOPs are aligned to NABP standardsSupport staff members on SOPs and manage Training LogsUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standardsManage new and ongoing projects with internal staff and external vendorsAudit Customer Records from Licensing to PedigreeReport Monthly Financials/Report on Weekly FinancialsRequirements:Ability to earn trust and respect from the project's stakeholdersAbility to influence decisions that need to be made to make the project successfulAttention to detail is keyStrong Follow up and Project Management with strict deadlines due to State License and Accreditation renewalsKnowledge of the Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical/Clinic landscape, challenges, issues, and trends is preferredProven ability to solve problems creatively utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills to manage and lead internal teams and external contactsExcellent analytical skills and experience using Excel and other spreadsheet management software packages. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineThe position requires strong organizational skills and experience in managing projects, timetables, and implementationsExceptional interpersonal skills/emotional intelligence are critical as well as excellent oral and written communication skills to direct and manage the activities of multiple departments, and positively communicate and work with professionals at all levels of the organizationCreative problem-solving using research and data requiredJob Type:
