Work with the CEO/Chairman, the marketing and sales teams to develop and maintain customer relationships. Requires a high degree of confidentiality, initiative, strong verbal and written communication, and technology skills.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Essential job functions include but are not limited to:Work with CEO to develop and maintain relationships with Bank supporters and business, government, and community organizations to grow the Bank and enhance the Bank’s reputation.Work to achieve the bank’s long-term goals and expand into new markets by locating new business opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and arranging meetings.Support the Bank's sales efforts by working with the marketing and/or sales team to improve customer reviews and reach out to new and existing customers via verbal and written communication. Respond to inquiries within one business day.Possess a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful prospecting and outreach.Manage B2B databases. Play a pivotal part in our lead generation efforts by leveraging B2B contact database platforms to identify and generate high-quality contacts. Research and curate prospect lists, uncover key decision-makers, and implement outreach initiatives. Requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and sales acumen.Attend meetings and take meeting notes with CEO and other senior managers focused on developing new or maintaining existing business. Increase community involvement of the Bank.Completion of marketing and other special projects as assigned.Write/Edit email templates with the CEO.Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to travel, as the role may require up to 25% travel for attending conferences, participating in essential client meetings, and other business development activities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Requires a bachelor's degree.Excellent analytical, computer (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.), contact data generation tools, and database management (i.e. Salesforce) skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.The Bank is in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and does not discriminate with regard to applicants or employees with disabilities, and will make reasonable accommodation when necessary.
