Ensures appropriate collaborative communication is occurring between strategic sourcing teams and shared services transactional teams. Drives procurement policy compliance for procurement activity within scope. Supports organizational change management efforts for plant or country in support of the overall Global Procurement transformation. Accounts for cultural and organizational specifics to assess readiness for change and overcome any barriers to change.Responsibilities
:You will execute sourcing strategies at a plant or local level in alignment with overall Indirect category strategies.You are responsible to support organizational change management efforts for plant or country in support of the overall Global Procurement transformation.You are requested to maintain relationships with local suppliers based on global Procurement supplier segmentation strategy.You need to execute negotiations for local contracts in order to meet regional and global financial targets.You account for cultural and organizational specifics to assess readiness for change and overcome any barriers to change.Qualifications:You have a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.You possess proficient procurement experience in the strategic sourcing process and negotiation abilities.You are good at communication in both Chinese and English.You have experience in project management.You are a people leader; both team leader or project leader experience is favorable.Goodyear is one of the world’s largest tire companies.
