Job Description -
HW&Co. is currently seeking a Manager for our Audit & Advisory department in our Columbus, OH office. Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations within their area of specialization, and report to Senior Managers and Principals. They ensure financial compliance through the review of client reports and statements within the A&A department.

Perform the following audit procedures:
- Review less experienced staff's work for accuracy and compliance
- Present audit solutions and find ways to increase their efficiency
- Perform effective control and risk assessments
- Manage scheduling and support performance for audit teams
- Manage direct and personal working relationships with clients
- Complete and submit engagement developments and updates to more experienced staff
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications -
- 5-10 years of public accounting experience (early end of this range preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA license
- Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
- Experience with healthcare, HUD, and/or non-profit audits (preferred)
- Expert in accounting software (CaseWare, FAS, and/or IDEA is preferred)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- The ability to interact with clients and employees of all levels of the Firm
