Job Responsibilities
Actively participate in day-to-day project managementManage day-to-day communication and coordination with architects, engineers, and consultantsCoordinate design and construction meetingsPrepare monthly draw packages (equity and debt), which includes invoice processing, budget tracking, and monthly reporting updates to project owners and lendersReview general contractor and consultant invoices for accuracy and compare to applicable proposals/contractsCreate and maintain basic financial analyses to assist with project decision makingProvide direction to financial analysts on input assumptions and general updates to project proforma modelsPrepare investor and internal reportingLead RFP and contracting process for architects, engineers, contractors, and other outside consultantsCoordinate and attend meetings with regulatory and permit officials to complete entitlements and permitsSupport efforts of major financing events for projects as they commence constructionTrack project schedules and monitor progress and delaysEffectively manage an internal team15-20% international travelIn-office position in Bethesda, MDJob Type:
