Responsibilities: • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information Qualifications: • A consistent top performer in sales • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals Compensation: $80,000+ at plan yearly
