Proposal Writer
to join our team and drive the development of winning proposals for government contracts. This role is critical in articulating our solutions and capabilities to federal clients. Remote work within the United States.What You'll Do
Interview Subject Matter-Experts (SMEs) to develop compelling, compliant proposals for IT government contracts, in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQsAnalyze solicitation requirements to ensure full compliance and develop response strategiesCollaborate with Business development, Capture Managers, and SMEs to craft persuasive content highlighting win-themes, strengths and differentiators.Support/attend various proposal Meetings (Kick-off, Solution, etc.) to understand schedules, and expectations.Develop and maintain a library of reusable content and best practicesParticipate in proposal reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance qualityEducation + Experience
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Cybersecurity, or related field5+ years of experience writing proposals for government cybersecurity contractsDemonstrated success in contributing to the winning of Federal IT contracts including supporting both Management and Technical content creation.Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP) is a plusExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detailAbility to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling narrativesProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with graphics software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plusStrong project management and organizational skillsU.S. citizenship required#LI-LC1
