Boys & Girls of Southeastern Michigan is looking for a dynamic Director of Operations Talent & Innovation to support BGCSM’s workforce and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment & retention strategies for BGCSM’s workforce and entrepreneurship initiatives.Recruit & evaluate program & community partners supporting our key initiatives.Facilitate and conduct program partner training.Assist in ensuring all program partners have completed all necessary background check and safety requirements.Preparing and executing MOU’s for programs/services needed.Assist in event and showcase execution.Support the evaluation of BGCSM’s workforce/entrepreneurship outcomes.Work with the Safety Department to develop, implement, & audit policies & procedures related to minor employees.Assist in the development and implementation of special events/workshops and when necessary, represent BGCSM at community events.Monitor grant requirements for compliance; implement plans to meet deliverables; and generate program outcomes and complete grant reports.Collaborate with other programs and team members to develop strategies to integrate learnings into overall BGCSM strategies, programs and resources.Plan, design and provide day-of support for meetings, workshops and other events.Develop and implement workforce pathway for youth, teens, and young adults in alignment with the organization’s strategies and mission.Ability to travel to all BGCSM club locations.Implement and manage Talent & Innovation SharePoint site and set up training manuals and system.Work with IT regarding management and dissemination of technology for industry club programs.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.A minimum of three years of workforce, talent management and/or nonprofit experience (youth development experience preferred).Process oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously within specified timeframes.Excellent organizational skills, efficient time management, and careful attention to detail.Outreach capabilities and relationship building skills.Agile, adaptable, and forward-thinking.Strong oral and written communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club staff, board members, volunteers, community groups and other related agencies.

Salary Range:
