At Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, Minnesota, we offer programs that are designed to empower youth to excel in school and lead healthy, productive lives. Our Club staff serve as caring mentors who provide positive relationships while they guide, coach and motivate kids to be successful.
JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Resource Development leads the Resource Development Department and works with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to establish organization-wide strategies for growing financial resources for Boys & Girls Club of Rochester. Serves on the leadership team, coordinates with the Resource Development Staff, and oversees event planning and strategy, grant management, individual and corporate contribution development, and planned giving. The Director of Resource Development oversees staff (currently a major gift officer and a grants manager) and carries a portfolio of donors and potential donors (corporate, foundations, and individuals). The position is also responsible for marketing, public relations, and advertising.
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $110,000 Annually
