You will leverage your experience to source both passive and active candidates to build talent pipelines and attract candidates across a variety of roles. Sourcers use their strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to attract and convert top talent, while also engaging with candidates to provide a best-in-class experience.Role Responsibilities:Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, social media, and other sourcing platforms.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Screen and evaluate candidates through resume review and initial outreach to assess fit with job requirements.Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and deliver qualified candidates.Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems with accurate candidate information and status.Create compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates and nurture ongoing relationships with talent pools.Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive insights to adjust sourcing strategies effectively.Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and sourcing tools to refine strategies and improve sourcing efficiency.Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and values to candidates during outreach and sourcing efforts.Minimum Qualifications:2-4 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or similar role, with a strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates.Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Indeed, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages to attract top talent.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.Preferred Qualifications:Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles in the semiconductor space.Education:

$84,000.00 - $115,500.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
