At our Gatehouse group home located in Rutland, MA, you will work with other dedicated staff in a community setting focusing on generalizing and increasing social skills and independent living skills.You will be responsible for the overall daily operations of a group home including program development, supervision of residential staff, management of program budget, integration of community opportunities for youth, and assurance of quality of milieu services.
