Delivery of nursing care to residents, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, to support the residents’ emotional, social, and human needs.Under the supervision of the Manager – Residential Care, the Clinical Nurse Manager, and Registered Nurses, the Enrolled Nurse will provide professional care and compassionate support to residents to live their lives more independently and fulfilling their emotional, social, and physical needs on a daily basis.Actively promote and adhere to Amaroo Care Services Inc Vision, embedding the Amaroo Culture and Values in all actions and activities.About the Role

Read care plans and deliver personal care services to allocated residents as per their individual plan whilst respecting and supporting the resident’s quest for independence.Deliver nursing care to residents under the supervision and guidance of a Registered Nurse.Contribute and assist in the development of individual care plans for residents.Work independently and as a member of the team to organize workloads to achieve satisfactory outcomes for each resident.Participate in and follow Amaroo’s Quality Management System and continuous improvement.Carry out all tasks and duties in line with Amaroo’s policies & procedures, Infection Control Principles, Occupational Safety & Health policy & guidelines, Relevant Legislation and Acts, Amaroo’s Code of Conduct & Confidentiality Policy.Participate in internal and external education.Other duties as required, within individual competencies and capabilities.Minimum Requirements

Registered with the Nurse’s Board of Western Australia Division 2.Qualification in Enrolled Nursing.Understanding of Infection Control Principles and Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.Demonstrated commitment to Quality Management and continuous improvement cycle.Well-developed written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to prioritize and organize own workload.Understanding of current legislation and accreditation standards.Previous Aged Care experience.Commitment to personal education and professional standards and knowledge.National Police Clearance (Within the last 6 months).
