As a key member of the Digital Health Marketing/Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote innovative digital health products and solutions, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, product marketing, and market growth. This position will report to the Head of US Digital Health Marketing & Communications.Role and Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.Define clear goals and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.Develop compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates our value proposition in the digital health space.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign assets and content.Manage product marketing campaigns.Drive customer and partner engagement and acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives.Identify strategic partnership opportunities to expand presence in the digital health market.Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Required Experience and Education:5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, healthcare, and technology sectors.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field - MBA preferred.Experience in the digital health industry or related healthcare sector.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.Proficiency working in a global culture, multi-time zones, and values.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Necessary Skills and Attributes:Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.Ability to travel overseas, 20%.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by contract employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
