This individual is a proven people leader who excels in business processes, operational efficiencies, data management, systems administration, performance management, strategic decision making, cross-departmental collaboration and communication. This role will lead our human resources technology strategy, including our Workday instance and integrations, and our benefits and payroll operations teams.This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.What you will be doing:Lead People Operations team, inclusive of Workday Administration, Benefits Operations, and Payroll OperationsManage our Workday system and enhancements including integrations with other HR technology toolsManage our vendor relationships with HR technology tools, benefits brokers, and other HR operations partners, optimizing for competitive offerings, efficiency and servicePartner with Talent Acquisition to support Workday ATS and recruiting analyticsPartner with HR Business Partners to provide technology based solutions to improve the efficiency of the business, increase self service, and improve the integrity of HR processesCreate a culture of ownership for the People Operations team; create and deliver all HRIS related employee communication, training guides, on-boarding materials and ongoing support to ensure employee self-sufficiencyEmbrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values:

Minimum of a Bachelor degree required10+ years experience in core people operations functions such as HRIS administration, payroll, benefits administration, with 4+ years of people leadership experienceIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelExperience creating and executing an HR technology strategy required, working with Workday HCM preferredAbility to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrentlyProven communication and presentations skillsProven operational excellence and systems improvementsStrategic thinker and intellectually curiousAbout Ibotta:Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match.Base compensation range: $175,000 - $200,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
