Senior Director– Strategic Accounts/IDN.

Success in this role is to work as a collective team to transition from a transactional relationship to a trusted advisor with assigned strategic accounts.Location:

This role is responsible for the Western Zone territory. Candidates may reside in: Denver, Salt Lake City, Northern CA.This role is well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for:Transitioning from a transactional relationship with a customer to a trusted advisor.Managing all business elements of the entire Siemens Healthineers Portfolio in assigned IDN accounts.Participating in the development and execution of identified strategies to drive overall performance and growth.Leading a cross-functional organization to exceed expectations set by leadership and grow the overall cross-portfolio share for Siemens Healthineers.Managing elements in a deal cycle, including business review cadence, coordination and negotiation of contractual activities, pipeline management, and order completion.Exploring potential value partnerships and TOP agreements with IDN accounts.This position may suit you best if you are familiar with the following:Developing, influencing, and sustaining relationships with key IDN decision-makers.Understanding the macro healthcare market, health system operations, purchasing processes, and operational efficiency.Commanding executive presence and articulating the value proposition across the Healthineers portfolio.Listening, engaging, and problem-solving with customers to connect to value propositions.Translating and communicating the clinical, operational, and financial impact of the Healthineers portfolio.Participating in the creation and execution of Account Management Strategy.Collaborating with all Healthineers stakeholders.Required skills & knowledge:Bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a proven trend of increases in responsibility.Willingness to travel up to 60%.At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause. We offer a flexible and dynamic environment and the space to grow both personally and professionally.The pay range for this position is $154,000 – 212,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual bonus target is variable compensation and this position is Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.This information is provided per the required states Pay Transparency Laws.
