A few details about the role:

Drive sales productivity, census and occupancy for assisted living, health centers and memory care at enterprise level and within each community.

Supervise, train, mentor, and monitor and promote Sales Directors and admissions team activity to achieve performance goals.

In collaboration with the support center and local community, develops annual census, occupancy, and budgetary goals.

Develop and implement, company-wide sales and move-in training curriculum and systems protocols.

Participate in sales presentations and callouts with sales and move-ins for the purpose of coaching and monitoring performance.

Assist in the development and implementation of community external business development outreach programs to increase referral.

Manage the different health care payor sources to include Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMO’s and private pays; and can correlate the implication of each payor source to the revenue model at each respective community and Lifespace.

Lead the development and implementation of occupancy improvement action plans for struggling properties.

Bachelor’s degree

Ten to twelve years CCRC sales experience
