One of our regions is currently seeking a

Regional Director of Clinical Operations

to join our team in Connecticut and oversee 5 of our centers.

What You Will Do:

Provides, as a member of the regional team, the expertise, guidance, audit tools, training and information to enable the facilities to attain NHCA clinical standards and regulatory compliance.

Understands, supports and interprets NHCA vision and mission.

Demonstrates knowledge of and assumes responsibility for education and implementation of policies and procedures.

Ensures all standards of operating procedures and new developments adhere to company policy and business objectives within the context of NHCA’s compliance plan.

Coordinate the initial and ongoing development of resident care and clinical systems for the assigned skilled nursing facilities by assisting the DNS with monthly QM review and development of reason maps for quality improvement purposes.

Collects and validates monthly statistical data: Quality Measures, 5 Star Ratings, KPI outcomes.

Provides onsite management of annual surveys and assists with plan of correction.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

Licensed Connecticut Registered Nurse with a minimum of 7 years' experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.

1+ years experience in a regional clinical operations role for a multi-site LTPAC facility operator.

Strong background in regulatory compliance, facility turnarounds, and program development.

Demonstrated achievement in reducing rehospitalization and improving clinical outcomes.

Belief in the Servant Leadership style and philosophy: flexibility, empathy, stewardship, and listening.

Extensive experience and established track record of positive Facility Survey Results, Training.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience in nursing, clinical operations.

Must be able to travel as needed within the assigned territory.

Pay: From $140,000.00 per year
