Key Responsibilities:
Boat Operation:
Navigate and operate boats up to 60 feet with various propulsion systems.
Safety:
Apply USCG safety requirements and practices.
Travel Flexibility:
Be prepared for occasional travel at short notice.
Client Interaction:
Conduct orientations and sea trials, providing top-notch service.
CRM Management:
Use Lightspeed to manage workflow, warranty claims, and client issues.
Team Leadership:
Manage a small crew when needed.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure high standards in yacht detailing and client interactions.
Problem Solving:
Address challenges with innovative solutions.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all clients.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience with boats and knowledge of USCG safety is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency with mechanical/electrical systems and CRM software (Lightspeed) is a plus.
Licenses:
USCG License and large yacht experience are preferred.
Passion:
Enthusiasm for teaching clients seamanship, navigation, and electronics.
