The Vice President of Americas Sales is responsible for driving Nextivity's revenue growth and market expansion across North and South America. Leading a dynamic team of 12 direct sellers and 80 rep firm sellers, this role focuses on optimizing complex sales strategies within a two-tier channel model that includes Distributors and Integrators. The Vice President will play a critical role in meeting revenue targets, developing sales talent, and building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership: Drive revenue growth and ensure that sales targets are consistently met across the Americas by managing both direct and indirect sales channels effectively.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10 direct sellers and 80 rep firm sellers, fostering collaboration, motivation, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.Channel Management: Manage sales execution through a two-tier channel (Distributors and Integrators), focusing on expanding market share for Nextivity's Cellular and Public Safety solutions.Strategic Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, end users, Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Distributors, and industry influencers to maximize sales opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.Market Expansion: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to increase market presence in both North and South America.Field Presence: Maintain a strong field presence to actively engage with customers, partners, and influencers, ensuring alignment with market demands and competitive dynamics.Sales Tools: Leverage sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management across the region.Other Duties And Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Strategic Accounts teams to ensure seamless alignment across departments.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.Undertake additional responsibilities as mutually agreed upon with the Chief Commercial Officer.Skills And Abilities

Proven track record of sales leadership within the technology or telecommunications industries, consistently exceeding revenue targets.Demonstrated experience managing complex sales processes and leading teams across multiple regions.Expertise in channel sales with in-depth knowledge of the Americas market.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Must be proactive and self-driven, with a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Ability to exercise sound judgment while representing the company, fostering collaboration, and driving program initiatives.Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to learn, innovate, and persist in achieving goals.Experience as a process owner or working in a process-driven environment.Proficiency with CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms, is required.Thorough understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.Work Experience

A minimum of 10 years in carrier or channel enterprise sales is preferred.Experience selling Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Public Safety/FirstNet products is required.Demonstrated success in a quota-driven sales environment with a record of exceeding targets.Proven experience in enterprise sales and business development through a channel sales model is required.Experience selling technology solutions to enterprise customers is required.Proficiency in managing sales funnels and pipelines is required.Experience using video and audio-conferencing tools for remote business engagement is required.Education / Training

Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.Travel

Up to 50% travel may be required.Salary: $150000 - $190000 per year
