Responsibilities for
Human Resources (HR) Director
:
Assist department heads in recruitment of new hires and retention of staff.
Complete onboarding and facilitate orientation with all new hires.
Mediate all labor related issues within the facility.
Oversee payroll, Workman’s Compensation, FMLA and Disability.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Assist in overseeing and maintaining staffing support as needed.
Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications for
Human Resources (HR) Director:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with peers.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
