Human Resources Director (HR).
As an HR professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing an organization’s most valuable asset: its people. Your responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture. By ensuring legal compliance and supporting business objectives, you contribute to the overall success of the company. Join us in shaping a dynamic and inclusive work environment!
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Director (HR)
Facilitate and update the flow of applicants from the applicant tracking system and distribute
Completes pre-employment and new hire process checklists for all new hires
Creates and maintains all current and termed employee online personnel files
Serves as first point of contact with staff regarding benefit administration, payroll, insurances
Submits to Corporate Payroll: missed punch detail; PTO & LOA requests; PAF administration
Coordinates the handling of all Claims Requests (Employment Practices & Unemployment)
Manages the Worker’s Compensation claim administration duties and the FMLA process
Requirements:
Human Resources Director (HR)
A minimum of 1-2 years’ HR experience in a nursing home
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
Outstanding ability to communicate written and verbally in English
