CornerStone Staffing is actively recruiting for a Spanish Bilingual Collections Specialist for a long-term opportunity with a premier auto finance company located in North Fort Worth. Position
- Bilingual Auto Collections Specialist (Long-term Temporary Assignment)
Pay
- $24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Onsite for 3-4 weeks, Hybrid option after training)
Responsibilities
- Collect payments or offer tailored payment solutions for past-due accounts to minimize losses.
- Manage assigned accounts that are 60-120 days delinquent, handling both inbound and outbound calls related to auto and van accounts.
- Engage with customers to discuss payment arrangements and qualify them for appropriate solutions when necessary.
- Serve as a consultant, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience during all interactions.
- Negotiate payment plans on delinquent accounts when immediate payment is not possible.
- Deliver superior customer service to both external and internal clients, adhering to a "Customer First" approach.
- Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate customers and collateral by obtaining updated contact information when needed.
- Present recommendations to management for final resolution of accounts deemed uncollectible.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- 2+ years of experience in collections.
- 1+ year of experience in skip tracing.
- Strong focus on customer service, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
