Job Title: BILINGUAL Collections/Customer Service Agent (English/Spanish)

Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $18/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Must be available to work an 8 hours shift Monday - Saturday / 9 AM-7 PM
Alternating schedule One week 9a-6pm, the next week10a-7p
Rotating Saturdays, If scheduled Saturdays then your other day off will be during the week
Off every Sunday
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Making outbound calls on repossessed accounts
Receiving inbound redemption calls
Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due.
Identifying accounts that require management review.
Providing outstanding customer service
Maintaining required standards set by the department.
Adherence to Company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual in English and Spanish -90% of the communication will be done in Spanish REQUIRED
1+ year of AR/Collections/Payment Processing experience preferred
1+ years of customer service in a call center environment REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
