Job duties include but not limited to:

Successful completion of projects related to process and product quality improvements, quality resolution of production problems, trials and reliability improvement -- typical projects may include:Improving operational efficiencies of mill equipment and processesMill trials of new equipment and chemicalsInvestigating abnormal mill operating issuesProfit, productivity and quality improvementsEquipment reliability and maintenance improvementsEnvironmental, health and safety initiativesTraining material and procedure developmentCapital projectsProcess troubleshootingSpecial projects and other duties as assignedJob Requirements:

Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of workPursuing B.S. in Chemical or Pulp & Paper Science EngineeringSecond or third year student in Chemical or Pulp & Paper EngineeringMust be able to climb in/around production equipmentSkills / Knowledge:
