$42,000-45,000 annuallyESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs assessments as required and appropriate via electronic health record.Completes developmentally appropriate, efficient, and relevant treatment plans and treatment plan reviews electronically and implements such plans.Provides clinical services as defined in the treatment plan and consults with other involved parties and refers for other services as needed.Compiles and provides necessary feedback data with referral sources.Conducts in-office urinalysis when requested.Maintains the electronic health record in a timely, complete, and accurate manner, including all forms required by the Agency, Medicaid, TANF, and private insurance.Maintains attendance at staffing, trainings, meetings, etc. to keep current with agency, community, and treatment-related issues.Demonstrates an understanding of job-related services, electronic health record standards, policy, and procedures related to individuals' care and documentation of all services.Participates in clinical supervision to ensure resolution of therapeutic and ethical dilemmas.Qualifications:Master’s Degree in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field.Local / Level II Background, MVR and Federal Drug Free Workplace Screenings.Valid Driver’s License.Health (85% company paid) / Dental / Vision / Insurance available @ 60 days.401k Matching plan.11 paid holidays.Generous Time off Accrual.Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunity to all persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related conditions), national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, veteran status, or any other classification protected by applicable law.
