We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic and busy Real Estate practice. This role involves assisting a team of attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment, providing administrative and clerical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and possess strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in the Real Estate practice.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence related to real estate transactions.Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in preparing closing binders and coordinating real estate closings.Manage client communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.Handle billing and expense reports for the practice.Support the coordination of real estate filings, title searches, and document recording.Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

Bachelor's degree requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A growth mindset, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Experience with legal billing systems is a plus, but not required.Familiarity with legal document management systems is preferred, but not required.Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite)Compensation: $60,000 + Excellent Benefits
