About our client:PE backed organization.New position, open due to growth.Company is in high-growth mode!Great work life balance.Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.Assist in preparing financial statements.Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Collaborate to gather and analyze financial data.Help prepare budgets and forecasts.Ensure compliance with accounting standards.Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.
