Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an innovative, self-motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Network Product Development team. This role is focused on delivering hardware products at scale to our customers and involves working across all phases of the project lifecycle.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent6+ years of technical product or program management experience6+ years of working directly with engineering teams experienceExperience managing projects through entire hardware product development lifecycleKey Responsibilities

Work backwards from customer needs, develop development strategy and track business metrics by which the team works to improve customer impact.Work with engineering teams and external partners to plan, develop, and track the delivery of hardware networking platforms from device to rack level.About the Team

The AWS Network Product Development team is responsible for the development, availability, and lifecycle management of AWS Networking platforms. We work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and strive to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.Inclusivity and Work Environment

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
